Down the winding narrow sreets that make up the old city of Tripoli, above a pastry shop and the restaurant Le Chef, you will find Al Koura Hotel. Like many of the buildings in this part of town, it dates back to Ottoman times and has all the old characteristics preserved: the stone walls, tall ceilings, and grateful arches with small stained glass windows.
